THE TRADING JOURNAL PRO collects only essential data required to deliver performance tracking services:

User Profile: Email address, display name, and avatar fetched via Google OAuth or Email Sign-in.
Trading Journal Data: Trade entries, buy/sell prices, notes, strategies, and uploaded broker CSV files.
Device Security Identifiers: A randomly generated App Instance UUID used strictly to enforce single active session security.

2. Data Protection & AES-256 Encryption

Encryption: Database backups are protected using AES-256-GCM encryption.
Transport Security: Network traffic uses secure HTTPS with TLS.
Row Level Security (RLS):** Database policies ensure that user data can only be accessed by the authenticated owner.

3. Third-Party Service Integrations

We work with trusted services for authentication, storage, and billing:

Google AdMob & Play Services: Ad serving and Play Store purchase verification.

Razorpay & Google Play Billing: Secure payment processing.

Supabase Cloud: Encrypted cloud database sync.

We NEVER sell, lease, or trade your personal trading data to third-party data brokers.

4. Data Ownership & Account Deletion Policy

You retain 100% ownership of your trading records. You can request complete deletion of your account and cloud profile anytime within App Profile Settings or by emailing support@tradingjournalpro.com.
